Refund Policy
At AVANTIKA: Multi-Disciplinary Research Journal (AMRJ), we strive to provide the best possible experience for our authors and users. If you have made a payment to our journal for any of our services and require a refund, please review our refund policy outlined below:
- The APC fee is non-refundable for the accepted manuscript; this fee covers the administrative costs associated with the initial review process. No cancellation for APC paid after acceptance of manuscript.
Refund requests for APCs will be considered in the following circumstances:
- Double Payment: If an author has accidentally made a duplicate payment for APCs, a refund will be processed for the extra payment.
- In the event of a technical error or payment processing issue that results in an unintended payment, we will investigate the matter and, if verified, issue a refund promptly.
Refund Request Procedure:
To request a refund, please contact editor at editor.avantika@gmail.com. Provide the necessary details such as payment confirmation, the reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. We will make every effort to expedite the refund process.
